Nida Rooms Mae Rim City Diamond

Whenever I need time completely to myself, away from everything, this is where I come back. The room layout and jungle setting, including the forest neighborhood behind it, make the place feel serene, grounding, and like a mystical hideaway for rest and simply being and feeling. It’s my sanctuary, a gift in the area. I hope people come here to nourish themselves and take in the atmosphere.

The rooms are enormous, bigger than many people’s entire condos, and beautifully designed. The style felt like a mix of Morocco and boutique Thai. The architecture and botanical gardens look straight out of a travel magazine, and the swimming pool was stunning and very clean. Finding a professionally maintained, healthy clean pool in Thailand can be difficult, but this one was perfect. Set on the side of Mae Rim mountain in Chiang Mai, the resort was beautiful and majestic. The staff and owner greeted us warmly when we arrived. The price was crazy low, too. Highly recommend the Capital O 469 At Nata Chiangmai Chic View. I’d give it a solid 5 stars!

Really nice for the price, and a perfect place to relax. It is pretty isolated, though, far from most activities, restaurants, and shops. I’d recommend renting a motorbike to get around more cheaply, otherwise getting anywhere will cost a fortune.

The room was really dirty, with hair and used tissue left by a previous guest. We also got no response when I messaged through Booking.com, first after my flight was canceled and I couldn’t check in on the scheduled day, then again the next day from the airport. I’d booked for three days. Booking this place through bookings was my first and last time using Booking.com, because the customer service was terrible. I only chose this as a last resort during the lantern festival, when hotels in the city centre were already booked. The place is really far away, and I spent a lot on car services. Even if you want to stay away from the city centre, I can’t recommend it because the service and cleanliness are very bad.
