Sila Pool Villa

We booked this villa at the last minute and were surprised by how beautiful it was. There were four of us, but it could sleep more than ten. Spread over five floors, it has its own living room and kitchen, plus washing and drying facilities that came in especially handy during our second week in Thailand. We stayed for four days while visiting for the Yi Peng Festival. The villa is part of a resort with a swimming pool, great for especially hot days. There’s a 7 Eleven nearby, which is handy, though there aren’t many food options or bars close by. For those, it’s better to head into Chiang Mai. The villa is lovely and a great place to stay when visiting the city. It’s a little outside the centre, but Grab rides are easy to get and relatively inexpensive, so the location shouldn’t put you off. The hosts were fantastic throughout our stay and easy to reach by WhatsApp.
