This was our second stay, and we'll be back. The staff make it a great place to stay. The rooms are clean, breakfast is great, and there's parking. It's also close to the walking area with shops.

The owner collects coffees from his travels and brews them in small batches every morning. Breakfast was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Service was great too. He's also a master woodworker and painter, and some of his work is for sale in the breakfast room. We bought several pieces. It's a small boutique hotel in a great spot, close to the main city market, the municipal skywalk, and the major border crossing. The only downside is that there's no lift, which could make the upper floors difficult for older or disabled guests, though there are just three floors. We'd highly recommend it and look forward to returning.

Mr Noi and his lovely wife have made this a very welcoming, friendly place to stay, and it's great value too. You don't even need to ask Mr Noi for fresh local coffee in the morning, he'll already have it ready.

The owner was so kind and made us two kinds of freshly ground coffee. Breakfast was a real treat. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and super clean. A lovely hotel right in the centre of town. Highly recommended.

The beds were the most comfortable I've had in Thailand. The place is really, really nice, clean and comfy, and the price is good too. The staff are awesome, and there's free coffee and tea. The border is about a 10-minute walk away, so it's perfect for a border bounce. They also have secure scooter parking. :)
