The hotel has industrial-style touches, and the rooms are spacious with balconies looking toward nearby mountains. Ours had a fridge, TV, air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom. It was clean and the Wi-Fi was fast. The bed was comfortable, the receptionist helpful, and the area quiet, while still only a three-minute drive from the town centre.

The rooms are huge, but the service was terrible. Our ground-floor room had spider webs and cockroaches, the sheets hadn't been changed, and the blankets smelled of sweat. The receptionist was busy playing PUBG and wouldn't show us to the room or help when the lights and air conditioning had no power. You're expected to take the key back to her and move rooms yourself if you find a problem. Otherwise, stay somewhere else. Nothing will improve until the owner hears about it, but clearly nobody cares.

The owner is Muslim and so lovely, very caring. Rooms are clean and the service is good. My first stay lasted 10 days, and this time I've been here for over a month. I highly recommend it!
