We learned there are cheaper places in town, but with breakfast and the amenities here, this is a good deal. It's a small guest house with only 8-9 rooms, just off the main Asia highway. Breakfast each morning has been really nice, usually fried eggs or rice, with some variety too. The rooms are clean, heated showers are available, and you get complimentary bottled water each day. One afternoon the AC broke down, but the owner got on it right away and had it fixed. The owner and one other woman speak limited English, but everyone is friendly and smiles. My only complaints are that they sometimes forget to restock toilet tissue, and we've been without a shower curtain since day one.
