We loved the peaceful feel of the hotel and the lovely outdoor space. The pool was pleasant, and watching the sunset from there was a highlight. The restaurant, though, was a bad experience, so we can’t recommend it. Two dishes arrived with raw meat, and we had to send them back. That left us worried about possible food poisoning from the raw pork. At breakfast we didn’t dare order meat, but the eggs were undercooked too, with the omelet still raw inside. We hope the resort improves the restaurant, because the place itself was lovely.

We were extremely disappointed. The room was in awful shape, with dirty walls, broken tiles, and damaged furniture, and the bathroom looked nothing like the lovely photos online. Breakfast was cold, and because the staff didn’t speak any English, we couldn’t communicate. Getting into the city center was also a problem: we couldn’t find transport, and no one at the property would help or offer even a short ride. We felt abandoned and disgusted by the experience. It wasn’t worth the money. Avoid this place.

We had a good experience here. The bubble rooms make for a different kind of stay, and the central location is convenient. The rates are affordable, with friendly, helpful staff and a tasty complimentary breakfast served in generous portions, though it isn’t a buffet. There’s live music and good food in the evening too. The bathroom is a little dated, but it was clean. A cozy option with enjoyable amenities and good value for budget travelers.

This was our second visit. The endless pool has a splendid view over the valley, and the restaurant has options for everyone. There are different things to do, with a playground, bikes, or just a walk in the good atmosphere, and the kids enjoyed it. One thing to know is that the dome has a plastic smell. If that bothers you, you may need to switch to a regular tent. The resort reception can help find a solution.

The restaurant has good food and drinks, a nice atmosphere, and friendly staff. I like that there are sliders and a playground for kids. You can stay in their camping tents or domes too. I haven’t tried those yet, but they look fun.
