Hotel Muq

The staff were all extremely cooperative during our wonderful stay at Moq Hotel Mukdahan. The rooms were good and the hotel was very nice. Special thanks to the team for arranging vegan food as we requested. We really appreciated it, thank you so much.

Right in the town center beside the bus station, this hotel is a good value and very convenient if you’re traveling to Laos. The rooms are large, everything was clean, and the bathroom and shower were good.

There’s a pool, though Booking.com kept that a secret. We also had a super meal at night, spicy sea bass soup and chicken stir-fried with cashews. The hotel is near the bus station, which suited me for going to Lao. You can’t hear the buses, though the window got a bit noisy when it was windy. The room and bathroom were excellent, and breakfast was great with very good coffee. What really stands out is the outstanding, friendly service from all the staff. The reviews are right, it’s a superb hotel.

The staff made my one-night stop in Mukdahan easy, and the front desk even arranged an airport shuttle. My room was spacious, with clean, comfortable bathroom facilities, a great bed, and free WiFi. There’s a major bus station right across the road, plus laundromats, street food, and convenience stores nearby. I found the location useful for traveling to Nakhon Panhom airport. I couldn’t fault the place for a transit stay, and it was good value.
