I was very disappointed, especially since the rate wasn’t cheap. My second room had a working air-conditioner, but when I came back at night there was a BIG cockroach flying around. The first room was dusty, the toilet was dirty, and small cockroaches ran around at night. The air-conditioner was also loud and noisy. I called reception, but was told to put up with it until morning because nothing could be done. I moved rooms the next day. Also, the hotel’s Expedia listing said it was only 12.5 kilos from Srinakarinwirot University, which is not true. I found that dishonest.

The room was nice and clean, and the price was good. We arrived around 4pm, and although the chef had left after nobody ordered food all day, he came back just to cook for us. We had five dishes and everything tasted good. Excellent food and service.

The swimming pool has a nice view, but the room wasn’t clean. The bathroom was very old and dirty, and there was no hair dryer or small towel for drying hair.
