The brook outside our room made it especially relaxing to sit in the Jacuzzi on the private back porch and listen to the water. Namtok Sarika Resotel made us feel looked after from the start. Staff met us in the parking lot with a space ready and even covered our car to shield it from the sun. Inside, we got warm smiles and a refreshing frozen drink with a flower on top. Our room was roomy and spotless. The glassware, silverware, and coffee pot were carefully cleaned and wrapped. Helpful information sheets and QR codes covered things like Wi-Fi access and how to use the room amenities. There was a hairdryer, plus a Marshall Bluetooth speaker and a QR code to help connect it. We had an incredible stay and are already thinking about coming back. We can't recommend the place enough.

We felt welcome and well looked after. The restaurant, food, service, and staff were all excellent. We spent three nights there with family just before Christmas. The rooms were warm and very clean, with a panoramic view of the creek, waterfall, and part of the jungle right from the room.

From the balcony we could enjoy the greenery and waterfall, and the night sky was full of stars. Our room was very clean and well equipped, with a fridge and even a microwave, plus some snacks and drinks. The staff were incredibly friendly and treated us like VIPs. The welcome drink was refreshing and lovely. We really enjoyed our two nights at Namtok Sarika Resotel. Thanks for such a memorable stay!

The room was bright, nicely furnished, and had a great view, with lots included in the price, even the minibar. There was everything I could want, from a hairdryer to a karaoke machine. It's in a great spot right by the waterfall, and the staff were super friendly with the best service I've had. I'll definitely come back again and again.
