The outside looked good, but inside was another story. The toilet door knob was broken, the main door lock got stuck in the locked position, the toilet water was brown, and the bed was hard as a rock. Horrible.

The rooms are really old, and the air conditioner is noisy. Food was poor and seemed old, there were lots of mosquitoes in the room, and there wasn’t a hanger in either the room or bathroom.

TERRIBLE. The toilet was broken, the main door lock didn’t work properly, and the sheets were stained. There were bare wires hanging out of the wall. Breakfast was stone cold, and the coffee was like mud with no milk.

This is a large resort, but it still needs gardening and grass around some rooms. Construction is ongoing, and dinners, tables and chairs, and water toys all come with extra charges.

The river setting was peaceful and relaxing. Our room was spacious and clean, and the staff were so kind. They went out of their way to make the stay a great experience.
