Mida Grande Hotel Dhavaravati Nakhon Pathom

The rooftop bar is very nice, and there’s a laundry service. At the in-house restaurant you can get western dishes as well as local food. Everything was clean and well maintained throughout our stay, and nothing was missing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. It was a truly pleasant stay, and we’d definitely come back one day ❤️

The Chinese restaurant on site is cracking, and residents get a good discount. The hotel itself is decent enough, but the setting is horrible, in my opinion. I’d say it’s mainly used for weddings, meetings, and corporate events, and not tourism. There wasn’t much else to recommend, to be honest. We were just stopping over. Best to avoid the windows and enjoy the room.

The breakfast spread is good, and there’s plenty of parking. There’s also a rooftop bar. The rooms are okay, though after turning on the air con it takes about 15 minutes for the room to cool down. The swimming pool looks good, but I didn’t use it.

We liked the pool area, but couldn’t swim because our luggage hadn’t arrived at Bangkok airport. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom, and the shower worked well. The bed was very comfortable, and breakfast had so many options. The staff were friendly and helpful. We asked for milk to put in our tea or coffee, and were told there’d be a charge. In our experience of staying in many hotels over 40+ years, that’s unusual.
