Posh 39

It took more than an hour for anyone to show up at reception. Now I think I understand the “eco - Minimal Hotel” sign. There’s also a very aggressive cat that goes after guests. In the room, only two of the four lights worked. The bathroom smelled awful and wasn’t clean, and there were ants all over the room, even on the bed. The bed was as hard as the floor, so sleep was nearly impossible. Noise from outside and people inside the hotel, probably staff, carried on all night. They talked loudly and showed no respect for guests. When we left, the receptionist didn’t look at us or speak to us. For nearly 800 THB, the price isn’t justified. I’ve stayed in 400 THB hotels that were much cleaner and offered real service. Avoid this hotel if you can.
