We’d stay here again. The room was clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed, a great view from the 18th floor and AC that worked well. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good, and direct mall access was handy. Having an onsite launderette with free detergent was especially useful. The one thing that could be better was the shower, whose temperature kept shifting between lukewarm and hot, as happens in many places in Thailand.

We ended up turning our one night into two because we enjoyed the stay. The food was good too: my Thai green curry with sticky rice was delicious, and the serving was easily enough for two. We went to the Pier 21 food court at 9.00pm, but most stalls had closed, so we ate at the hotel just before it closed. Since Terminal 21 Korat is alcohol free, we had a beer or two in our room first. The mall and hotel are part of the same complex, so walking straight in is easy. Each floor has a different city theme, including London, Paris and Tokyo, with landmarks such as Big Ben and the Eiffel Tower, plus bronze figures of Churchill and Sherlock Holmes. It’s cleverly done. Our room was spotless and spacious, with a very comfortable extra-large king bed. We had tea and coffee supplies, two free bottles of water and a large fridge. The bathroom had a separate shower, toiletries and a high-tech toilet. Google Gemini AI later told me it was a TOTO Washlet. I’ll leave the details there, but it’s an interesting bit of kit. The hotel felt clean, modern and high tech, and reception gave us a genuinely warm welcome. A little robot glided in with our welcome drink, which was fun and oddly memorable.

I was only there for one night, but the hotel and staff made a strong impression. Since I had to leave early, they prepared a very nice breakfast package for me to pick up at reception. Parking is in Terminal 21, where a hotel employee opens the reserved parking area. The room was good and the facilities were clean and in good shape. I’d happily stay again.

For the price, the quality is about what you’d expect. It’s a good choice in Korat City if you want a very clean, quiet room and properly hot water for shaving your jock. The breakfast was pretty uninspiring for a hotel in this class.
