The café was a real bonus: it has a cozy design, good food, and quality drinks. The food tasted fresh and well prepared, and it was a nice place to relax, work, or have coffee. Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, and the garden and outdoor areas were well maintained. Crystal Resort is close to malls, food options, and main roads, but inside it felt peaceful and private. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful without hovering, and everything from check-in to the daily interactions went smoothly. The place seems well managed, and the team clearly cares about its standards. My room was spotless, quiet, and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a bright, airy feel. Nothing seemed worn or neglected, and I got proper rest. For the quality, it offers excellent value. I'd confidently recommend it for work, exams, shopping, or a short break, and would absolutely stay again.

It's a good spot for breakfast or coffee, or just to unwind during the day. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable enough for work and staying connected. The location is close to shopping, restaurants, and transport, yet inside Crystal Resort I could relax without the noise and stress. The staff were polite, friendly, and ready to help, and the team's care for keeping the resort clean and comfortable showed. My room was bright, spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was cozy, and the quiet atmosphere made it easy to rest after a long day. The management and attention to detail stood out, and the price felt like excellent value for such a comfortable stay. I'd recommend it for work, shopping, exams, or a short getaway in Korat, and would definitely stay again.

The room was just average, but breakfast in the garden was excellent. It cost 95 baht, and I liked it enough to stay for lunch too. Prices were so reasonable that the pizza I saw for dinner looked promising.

Whenever we pass through Khorat, this is our usual pitstop. The rooms are simple but efficient, the staff are friendly, and the location is excellent, with a backdoor passage to the shopping mall next door. Recommended.

The café on site is a plus, but the food quality is ordinary, and there are better choices in the mall next door. The location near the mall is the best feature, though there are plenty of other hotels. I stayed in three different rooms, and the rooms were old and non-standard. Water pressure was low, and the hot water valve and showers didn't work properly, leaving it either scalding hot or ice cold. There was also outside noise, like construction or other street noise. The price is reasonable for the city, but the value is at the lower end. I don't understand the four-star ratings, maybe those reviewers haven't saved many hotels. This place is basically a dump.
