I’m disappointed with how the promotion was handled. We stayed from November 20th to December 3rd after being told we could stay from the 1st to the 3rd without charge. We’d already been paying by the day since checking in on the 20th, and the offer seemed fine, so we agreed to rent for that whole period. At checkout, staff said they’d return the remaining balance within seven days, and the refund came sooner. We didn’t check the deductions right away. More than a week later, we figured that even with a cleaning fee, the amount shouldn’t be more than 1000 baht. When we checked, though, we’d also been charged for the 1st and 2nd. We called to ask why and reminded them that we’d been told those days were free. The staff said the promotion had ended. They should have told us when it ended, especially since we were staying for over a month. We only heard it was over after we were already there. If they’d told us before we left, we wouldn’t have minded and could have planned. Letting us find out on the 2nd, with checkout on the 3rd, was completely unreasonable. I had thought at first that I’d give the place five stars, and had even told my friends about the good service, the elevator, and the deal. Now I’m just disappointed.
