It's quiet and uses key cards to enter and leave. The hotel is tucked into the alley behind Khu Kwang Municipal Market, and the location is good. The place is very clean, and the air conditioning gets nice and cold. There is no elevator. Call the owner to reserve before coming. This place is mainly monthly accommodation, so you might not get a room if you just walk in. For a daily stay, let the housekeeper know ahead of time so they can arrange a room.

Teeny House is a budget place near Khukwang Market, about a 20-minute walk from the train station. At 420 THB per day including tax, you can book through Agoda. When you spot the pink building, follow the path to the small lobby on the right. If no staff are around, ring the bell or call to get into the lobby, since the door needs a key card. There's a 500 THB key deposit, returned at check-out. The rooms are small, but they're clean and have a full set of basics for the price: Wi-Fi, TV, fridge, dressing table, wardrobe, air conditioning, water heater, double bed, and a little balcony. There's also a coin-operated washing machine, costing 20, 30, or 40 THB, and motorcycle parking on the ground floor. There's no view, and the balcony is small.

Parking was limited, mostly along the street, and the alley near the market didn't seem very clean. The room itself was comfortable and good value for the money.

They have rooms by the day and by the month. When I came in the morning to ask about a room, though, the entrance felt dim and unwelcoming. They could improve that.
