There's a lovely pond view behind the building, with a smoking area for smokers. WiFi is free throughout, and the place is well organised.

Good value for the money, with spacious, modern rooms. Some rooms have a nice view.

The pond view and atmosphere are nice, but you can hear cars going by, so it isn't very quiet. I came after reading the reviews and found a dorm-style place. The rooms are a bit old but generally clean. My mattress was extremely hard, really hard. The toilet seat was old and hadn't been changed, with mold embedded in it, and both the water heater and shower head were old. I booked through Agoda for 565 baht, which felt expensive to me. I think it should be around 450-500 baht. I'm disappointed.

It's about 5 kilometers from the walking street, so not far. The room is new and clean, and worth the 500 baht. The owner gave good service and cares about customers.
