The room was decent, and the price was decent too.

The reception service was so bad that I decided to find another hotel as soon as I saw how they treated me. They spoke rudely even when I was just asking questions, as though I expected to stay for free. I’m from Nang Rong, and I never thought it would be this bad. I want to share this in a Nang Rong group so people know. Looking at the reviews, they should replace the staff, since lots of customers are complaining about the service. They asked, “Sleeping for 3 people?!” I’d booked for one person, not three. I was booking for my boyfriend to sleep by himself, and I told the staff I’d be sleeping alone. Where did three people come from? My sister came to pick him up, and he stayed there alone. We were glad we went to another hotel. Don’t they have camera footage? They should listen to the recording and check how many people slept in the room. Then they said, “not agreeing, not agreeing”? We hadn’t agreed to anything with the staff. I’d only heard them being rude to me, told my boyfriend, and he decided to go to a different hotel. We didn’t need to stay there if the service was like that. Is that what they call a complaint? They have camera footage, so why not check how many people slept in the room and whether we agreed to anything with the staff?

The housekeeping staff stood out to me most. They were lovely, friendly, and welcoming. The rooms are clean, with good water pressure and a layout that’s decent for the price. Rates are inexpensive, and there are discounts during sale periods. Wi-Fi was a little weak. Parking is limited. Leaving can be very difficult if you park in front of the building. There’s another lot a short walk away down a narrow alley.
