The Gems Mining Pool Villas Pattaya Hotel

Khun Kim deserves special thanks for how attentively he managed the problem with the first villa's private pool. The chlorine smell was very strong and irritated our eyes, and he coordinated things quickly while explaining the cause openly. The team moved us to another room promptly, and we appreciated that care. We were traveling as a family, including my mother, who uses a wheelchair. I had told the hotel ahead of time, and they had prepared the room with her comfort in mind. The welcome and service were warm, and staff were responsive throughout. In the second room, though, the extra bed wasn't ready when we came back from dinner, and there were towels and amenities for four even though our group had five. Our luggage also took a little while to arrive at checkout. Those snags aside, we were very pleased with the stay and grateful for the support and hospitality.

We had such a good family stay. The pool staff were so friendly, and the room was huge with great facilities. Breakfast was good too. Sauna and onsen were free, which was a real bonus. Everything felt amazing, and I'd definitely recommend coming here to spend time with yourself or your family!

The room was huge, with a private pool and complimentary snacks in the room. There are even scooters you can borrow for free to get around the hotel. We found the restaurants there top notch, especially the one beside the main pool, with a tasty range of food and desserts, plus coffee. From arrival on, the hospitality was hard to beat. Associates were easy to find whenever we needed help, whether for a ride on the transport cart or something else, and they all spoke English well and were lovely to deal with. Great value for the price. I'd happily come back.

We stayed in an Emerald pool villa during Songkran and loved the special events and activities around the property. For my partner's birthday, they set up a cake and complimentary macarons just as I'd requested. The complimentary Onsen and signature massage at the spa were amazing, and the breakfast buffet had so many choices I wasn't sure where to start. We'll be back with our son, since it feels very family friendly. The place is beautiful, almost like a photo brought to life, and the staff were attentive and helpful throughout. Joe looked after us at check-in and even remembered to wish my partner a happy birthday. The hospitality really did make us feel treated like royalty. The location gets four stars from me because it's far from everything else, though still accessible. I understand the distance is part of getting away from the crowds. There's ample parking for guests with cars, and security is top notch.
