Even though the rent is quite low, the air conditioner isn't an inverter model, and there are many complaints involving neighbors in the rooms next door and above or below. The cleaning fee goes up the same way whether you enter from the front or the back. If you bring a complaint to reception on the first floor, you'll be made to move out. It may be possible to work things out among yourselves if you handle the situation well, but can you actually get the door open successfully?

There was plenty of parking, and the hotel is right in the city center at the entrance to a soi off Sukhumvit Road. A Southern Thai curry restaurant and a VT Naem Nueang restaurant are nearby. The rooms and bathrooms were reasonably clean, the air conditioning cooled well, and the mattress was still new and hadn't sagged. The elevator floor and walls, though, were quite dirty.

I've stayed here a few times, and sometimes the place smells of cigarettes. The bathroom light doesn't work, and upkeep seems poorly prepared. Repairs take ages, so I guess I'll have to use candles.

Rooms start at 600 baht, and the hotel is affordable and comfortable with a nice atmosphere. Privacy is limited, though, since the back of the room faces the back of a room in another building.
