The staff were unfriendly, and leaving after just one day cost me money because they wouldn't refund the unused days. I found the rooms overpriced, small, and dirty, with many broken things. The furniture was damaged, the toilet seat was coming off, and the bed was much too soft and uncomfortable. If you arrive by car, getting into the parking lot without damaging it seems impossible unless you have a high vehicle such as an SUV, jeep, or pickup.

The staff were nice, but didn't seem very motivated. I also had some very strange dreams, and the rooms felt haunted, as if I wasn't alone. I had to move from a front room to one at the back because of a noisy warehouse outside the hotel. The rooms are basic but clean. I was disappointed there was no fridge, and the phone in my room didn't work. There weren't amenities nearby, and the soi is long and full of dirty dogs. Staff couldn't even arrange a motorbike taxi.

The property is beautiful, and the receptionist was really cool. My room was neat and tidy!

There's no lift, but the rooms are clean. A small kitchen and dining area has free coffee and biscuits, plus plates, bowls, and other things for food brought in from outside. You can also buy crisps, joke, other snacks, and some CP frozen meals, including spaghetti bolognese. Lelux hospital is about a five-minute drive away, and it looks like lots of customers go there. Yaek Tiwanon MRT Station is a five-minute walk. There are more street food choices on soi 12, about a five-minute walk away, along with a 7-Eleven, Mini Big C, and a 5 star chicken. You'll also pass some street food options on the way to soi 12 in the evening. The food from the woman selling at the end of the soi on the left is good, though the portions are small.
