The checkout turned into a mess when a housekeeping member gave the front office false information so money would be taken from my deposit. She did recover well, and I want to be clear that the front office wasn’t at fault. Still, that last-minute incident means I can’t recommend the place. At check-in they keep a 500bath deposit. The room was clean, though it wasn’t great, and getting to the rooms means going through a parking lot. You can hear through the walls, and there’s no safety deposit locker, wardrobe, or iorning board. Dental kits and amenities cost extra. Room service menue is basic but affordable. Breakfast needs work, and there were no buffet tags. Some menu items weren’t available. The restaurant staff were friendly and security was helpful. The hotel doesn’t allow alcohol and operates as halal, with no pork, which isn’t an issue for me.

The room was better than some more expensive hotels, and the staff were all very polite. For the price, the service is excellent. If you’re going to a concert at impact, it’s especially convenient since they have a van for drop-off and pick-up.

The room was really clean, and the bed and blanket were comfortable. They provided two drinking waters, shampoo, and soap. The water heater and pressure worked well, and the AC was in good shape and really cold, haha. The receptionist and the staff looking after the car park were friendly too. The floor in the room and bathroom gets quite slippery, so watch your step. Elderly guests should be especially careful walking around and going in or out of the toilet. We paid only 580 baht/ night for a double bed room on the weekend. Highly recommended.

I like the breakfast they provide, and I like eating halal food too. The room I stayed in was clean, luckily. I’ll come back again.
