Although it's a little secluded, that gives the hotel a peaceful feel. They make things easy by helping order food, providing a shuttle, and offering laundry service. Breakfast was really good too. The view at Heaven View Krabi is stunning and lives up to its name. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and nicely designed. The service was fantastic throughout, especially from the kind receptionist who made us and our kids feel welcome. We'd stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Krabi.

Meenirat at reception was especially kind, cooperative, and always ready to help with a smile. Her care made our stay even better. We had a wonderful time at Hotel Heaven View Krabi. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere pleasant, and everything was well maintained. I'd happily return and recommend it for a comfortable, memorable stay.

The sheets and towels felt a little old and could use an update to match the rest of the room. Also, the hotel is quite secluded, so getting around means a scooter, rental car, or spending on Grab or Bolt. Nothing is really within walking distance. That said, the view from my balcony was the highlight: turquoise sea and huge limestone cliffs, seen panoramically when I woke up. The room was much bigger than an average hotel room, with a super cozy, high-quality bed and a large smart TV for Netflix after exploring. Ao Nang Beach is about a 5-10 minute ride away, so the nights are quiet but beach access is easy. The staff were welcoming, and the à la carte breakfast was delicious, better than a standard buffet. I'd stay again if renting a scooter or using ride-hailing works for you.

The staff were warm, attentive, and helpful throughout, especially Maneerat and Sarah, whose hospitality made our stay memorable. Our room had private pool access, which made it extra relaxing. One of the best places to stay in Krabi. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. I'd highly recommend it for the comfort and service.
