Real Relax Resort & Beauty Massage

I got lucky with a first-floor room looking out over the beautiful garden. The hotel is calm and peaceful, away from the noise and crowds around the beach. The beach is only 5km away, and it's easy to book a Grab motorbike or car to get there.

The location was quiet, and it felt like being in the jungle. The staff were friendly. But we had brown water, almost no pressure, and no warm water. If we'd been able to shower, the stay could have been nice. I wasn't going to shower with brown water barely coming out, and unfortunately they didn't seem able to fix it.

I've been here all month and will come back. I recommend the place wholeheartedly, though staying here mainly to visit the beach may not suit everyone. Ao Nang beach is farther away, but the owner is polite and helps with that as much as possible. In Ao Nang, I think renting a scooter is necessary regardless of where your hotel is. It costs little and gives you a lot of fun and independence. The owner and staff are extremely polite and helpful. The bungalows sit among the plants, and the pool, surrounded by palms, flowers, and other greenery, feels like a natural paradise with birdsong all around. The rooms are cleaned, the pool and its water are clean, and there's fresh water every day, sometimes fruit too. In the evenings, the owner puts out mosquito repellent. Others said the breakfasts were very good, though I didn't try them because of gastric problems.

We spent 14 nights here, and Phayom and the team did so much to make the stay comfortable and memorable. The pool area is great for a swim or just relaxing nearby. Our room was clean and comfortable. They provided swimming towels as well as bathroom towels, shampoo, and shower gel. We also got free water every day, with coffee and tea in the room. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was freshly cooked to order. We'll definitely be back.
