Baan Chomdoi Resort

For a first stay, the service didn’t impress, and the price didn’t feel justified. The room was old, dirty, and nothing like the pictures. The mattress, pillows, blankets, bed, TV, and bathroom all looked as if they’d never been cleaned, with dust and mosquitoes everywhere.

We paid 500 baht a night to rent a bungalow from an owner who showed no sense of hospitality, especially toward tourists. We really felt she was looking to make easy money. The bungalow was very old and had no amenities. There are two kinds of bungalows, so perhaps the others are a little better.

The rooms are a bit old, and the bathroom has neither a ceiling nor an exhaust fan. The accommodation sits on a hill, though, with good air and convenient parking.

There are lots of places to relax and take photos, and the area is beautifully arranged. It’s friendly, convenient, and clean, with easy access to all the tourist attractions. The price is reasonable too. I like it, it’s great.
