I was only meant to stay three nights, but ended up here for a week. The staff were nice, room service was great, and the beds were really comfortable. My room had a great deck with comfy seats, a hammock, an ashtray, and a sunset view. The shower was average. It’s under a 10-minute walk to the food market and maybe 15 minutes to 7/11 and walking street. Absolutely loved this spot!

I only went here for breakfast and didn’t stay at the hotel. The staff were very nice, but I got really sick right afterward. Something may have been wrong with the food or coffee, though I can’t be completely sure. It was the only thing I ate that day, and I usually eat at the same places except for this one.

These are wooden bungalows in nature. If that’s what you’re after, it’s a great place to stay.

The place was lovely, and after extending twice I stayed four nights. Booking directly with them is definitely cheaper. Breakfast is served from 8:30 a.m.; it’s not included in the room price, but it’s very affordable. You can walk into town in an easy 10-15 minutes, so there’s no need for a scooter, though having one makes life easier and lets you explore the countryside. It’s about 1 km from the start of the Mae Yen waterfall hike, which I highly recommend. It gets cold at night, but they provide thick blankets.

The owners were really welcoming, and the superior room was lovely. The mattress felt quite hard, though that's common in Southeast Asia. Pai is an easy 10-minute walk away, so the location worked well for us. We booked through Booking.com, and when we arrived they suggested calling directly next time for a better price.
