Pai River Villa Resort

This is a traditional Thai stilt house right beside the river, with the night market just a three-minute walk away, very convenient. The room isn't modern in style, but it was tidy, clean, and comfortable. There was no breakfast during our stay, though tea and a fully automatic coffee machine were available, which was enough for me.

The bungalow was cozy and clean, with a great view, and we had an amazing time. A special thanks to the lady at reception, who was incredibly kind. One thing needs correcting: booking.com and edreams say a free airport shuttle and return trip are provided, but that wasn't the case. Please update that, since it could cause problems. Your place deserves a perfect rating otherwise. Thanks for everything.

There's a free coffee corner, and the staff were friendly, bringing us water and towels every day. The room was clean, and the hotel is close to the Main Street without much noise, except on the day there was a tubing party about 100 metres away. The shower water didn't drain well, though. Adding a pillow or something similar to the balcony would be great. I recommend this hotel.

It's in a great spot by the river, and it's quiet. For a two-star hotel, the room itself was nice, with clean sheets and a good firm bed. The pillows were so thin they might as well not have been there. Things seemed fine until I went into the bathroom. The walls were filthy, and the shower was so bad I didn't use it during my two nights there. Horrible.
