The cottage looked nice, and the staff were kind, but the stay fell short of what we expected from a resort. It was around 9°C at night in Pai, and there were no extra blankets. Staff suggested wearing all our clothes to bed. The bedding seemed old and unhygienic, with a bad smell, stains, and tears, and the bed was very firm. There were gaps in the floor, so the cottage, which felt more like a cheap hostel, was hard to keep warm in the cold. In weather around 35°C it might be fine. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned, with leaves and cobwebs still there. We also couldn't get boiling water. After 7 p.m. the staff had left, and there was no hot water to drink, despite us asking several times for a thermos. I was trying to rest when a lawnmower started up, then a tractor. I wanted a quiet break from noise, but the farm setting was louder than Chiang Mai. The staff are nice, but the manager and owners need to address these problems if they're going to call it a resort.

The grounds were beautiful and so peaceful, and the rustic villa was clean and did what we needed, even if it wasn't fancy. I only stayed one night and wish I'd booked longer. The bed was pretty stiff and left my back sore, which was my one real complaint. I'd come back if I'm in the area.

The rooms are simple and nice, though they felt worn and in need of a refresh, maybe because we came out of season. Still, it was a lovely place to stay, with a beautiful view and just a few minutes by car from the center.

The room was just what I paid for, and the place is really quiet. The owner was amazing, asked where I was headed next, and gave me great recommendations. It's about 2-3 km from the main area. I really recommend it!

The room was bright and clean, with a lovely hammock for relaxing, and the view was incredible. It's only about a five-minute drive to the center of Pai. My partner and I came across this resort by chance and were lucky they had a room. The owner doesn't speak English, and I speak Thai, so we got by with Google Translate. I'd absolutely recommend it.
