On the night of 16 Dec 2024, everything had been good until this issue ruined the festive mood for my family. The bar had told my friend it was open from 4pm to 10pm, but when I came at 715pm it was closed. My family was hungry and I needed to order mookata. We were stuck, with no convenient store within reasonable walking distance, and the Google Maps contact number wasn't answered. The number on the signboard was wrong too. I don't blame you for how inaccessible the place is, but the opening hours you committed to were unprofessional and unreliable. I asked several times whether the last mookata order was at 730pm, but at 715pm there was no one at the admin tent, using Thai time. I gave it 1 star to warn future tourists and said I'd wait to see what happened the next day before making more complaints to booking agents. At morning check-out on 18 Dec 2024, I had a nice experience with service recovery, though one staff member's customer service needs improvement. Don't give customers a black face.

The room itself was incredibly amazing, but please clean the bathroom before guests arrive. Mookata is available for an extra charge, and it's worth it. Thank you!

A serene, breezy place right in front of the mountains, with a real sense of being close to nature. Great for families. The facilities were clean and all new, and the service was great. The owner is kind and pretty indeed😊

The dome tent came with its own bathroom and an outdoor bathtub, just as described. It's around 10-14km from the entertainment spots. It gets a bit hot around midday.

The room could have been cleaner. The dome windows were dirty on the inside, so we couldn't see the view, and the bathroom shower head was dirty and rusty. The floor wasn't clean either.
