The surrounding area was still under construction, and there was no proper swimming pool like the one shown on Expedia. There were no security guards, and the front gate was left wide open. We also found the room differed from the Expedia app photos: it wasn't as bright or tidy, had no wifi or TV signal, and no TV at all. When we arrived, no staff were around and nobody answered the number listed on Google despite several calls. After we honked repeatedly, a young lady in a hijab came out and showed us to the room. I mean this as constructive feedback, with no ill intent, and hope these areas improve.

The room was good enough for a night while passing through, and the price was good. It had an old Greek style. There was no water when I arrived, and the woman only spoke Thai. The pool looked like it hadn't been used in ages, so I was kind of afraid to get in.

Avoid this place. It's run down and looks nothing like the pictures, which were probably taken when it was first built.

The hotel has an attractive design and a really nice setting. The staff are helpful. You can ask for local wine and mookata (pork grill) at a very reasonable price. Recommended!

It's a beautiful place, but it's quite old and not clean. There were lots of little 🐛 worms around the accommodation, and the owner didn't seem to manage things very well. Maybe the economic crisis in Thailand has affected it, since many places and attractions in Khao Yai seem to be getting worse… 😱😱
