The room mix-up was disappointing. I’d reserved a mountain-view room, but on arrival they gave me one facing the town instead. Staff said the room type I booked was smaller, but I specifically wanted the mountain view. They hadn’t let me know beforehand, offered no explanation, and didn’t even give a simple apology. That really didn’t sit well with me. The rest of the place is incredible: the architecture and views are stunning, and walking around feels like being in another world. I kept saying how beautiful it was. The atmosphere is relaxing, you can rent a golf cart to get around, and the Italian restaurant was surprisingly delicious.

The quiet setting, classic architecture, and beautiful natural surroundings made our short getaway feel like a European fairytale, almost like stepping into a painting. Town Square Suite by Toscana Valley is a charming escape in the heart of Thailand. If I come back to Thailand, I’d love to stay here again.

The rooms are beautiful and clean, and there are no hydro-lines in the development. The place itself is absolutely gorgeous, but the service needs a lot of work for a resort hotel. There are no mosquito nets on the windows, so despite the nice view and fresh air, you can’t really open them unless you don’t mind bugs. The air conditioning also has a moldy smell.

It feels as though you’re in Europe, and the grounds are huge to explore. The design is beautifully done, with a real sense of aesthetics. Breakfast from the menu was good, and the view from the window was wow. The accommodation is a little overpriced, but I think the unusual experience is worth it for Thailand. One wish: some pretty bicycles with baskets. The sports bikes aren’t good for photos, ahaa.
