K May at reception and her assistant in the car park were especially helpful. A gentleman visiting the resort accidentally hit our truck, then informed K May. She helped receive the insurance inspector. Thanks to K May, her associated staff, and the owner K Joe for such honest, friendly service. That's what makes Khaoyai a unique and wonderful place to visit.

The area around the charger has plenty of seating and a nice atmosphere, with a coffee shop and bakery nearby, so it was easy to relax while charging. I recently charged my Tesla at Nai Joe Resort using its 60 kW DC charger through the OneCharge app, and it was super convenient. Highly recommended!

The food was good, the live music was enjoyable, and the rooftop sunset views were fantastic. I'll definitely come back.

The heater was broken in both rooms, and they couldn't repair it. Rubbish hotel.

Good value for money. There are nice restaurants and a bar with music, so it's a relaxing place to spend time.
