Rabbitmyjan khao Yai

The view was nice, and the groundskeeper was helpful, but there were a lot of problems. No fridge, Wi-Fi, water heater, or desk reception, even at check-in time. The cafe was closed, there was no playground for kids, and toiletries were limited to toilet roll and shampoo. There was lizard poo all over the place. The dogs were overly friendly and would chew your footwear if you left it on the patio.

The view is very nice.

We booked two rooms at Rabbit Hill Resort for January 18, 2020: a large room with two beds for 2,500 baht and a smaller single-bed room for 1,700 baht. Booking both got me a 200 baht discount. The owner replies to messages very quickly, so guests don't have to wait long. Since I needed ice, I asked and a male staff member brought some over. There isn't a refrigerator, which was a drawback for us because we always bring food and want to keep it cold. The mountains surround the place in every direction, and the back of the room is right by the mountains. There are only three rooms. The open area seems to be for camping, which is common in Khao Yai. It was my birthday that night, and the owner gave me a rabbit doll and a weighing scale as a gift! 555 Dogs can stay for free.
