Absolutely awful customer service. We wanted to look at the rooms and choose one, but the owner pushed us toward the most expensive option. We were paying customers, not asking to stay for free. Then the owner chased us away and shouted at us. Other places I've stayed let guests view rooms and decide if they suit them. This was terrible.

I paid 600฿ for a double room, and it didn't feel worth that price. The room wasn't clean, the water heater didn't work, and there were ants and other insects inside.

For 600 baht, this was rough. The resort is very old and doesn't look renovated, the bathroom was filthy, and the sheets smelled. A motel would have been cleaner.

For the price, the room felt far below expectations. It was quite old, and the interior looked unclean, with insect debris all over.

There was no clothesline or towel rack, which I missed. I stayed in the white room on Saturday, July 29th, just as the rainy season was coming on, so everything outside was green and lush. I arrived around 9 PM and couldn't see the view then. The room had a refrigerator, AC, and water heater, but no kettle. In the morning, a black and white pug came out to greet guests. I loved that!
