Villa Di Montagna at Khaoyai

The owner was easy to talk to and very friendly. The house is lovely and clean, and the atmosphere is calm and quiet. Bringing the family here would be a great choice.

The owner is lovely, and the nights are cool and comfortable. The rooms are clean and roomy, and the villa feels private, like the whole place is ours. Such a beautiful house and a great atmosphere. ♥️🩵😍

The setting is beautiful, with pine trees, a broad view of the trees, and really good air. It felt peaceful and close to nature, just right for a proper break. The place is well designed and decorated, and the room was clean. The bathroom was nice, and the pool was clean and well maintained. There’s also a karaoke room and lots of parking. Shops and restaurants are nearby, and a PTT station with an EV charger is right at the entrance. There’s a full kitchen, plus a charcoal BBQ grill. You can call to order food or have a bucket of ice delivered. The accommodation is very quiet and private, and the room is spacious. The mattress doesn’t breathe much and could feel stuffy; the air conditioner also blows straight onto it, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The bathroom is a bit small and outside the bedroom, which may be inconvenient. There were quite a lot of flies, but the property provides a fly catcher and an electric mosquito swatter. Overall, it’s still a very good place to stay.

The living room faces the pool and has a TV, though there’s no karaoke. Outside, there’s plenty of room for grilling and barbecues. The kitchen is reasonably equipped, but with just one electric burner, it may not suit families who like to cook. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, with enough room for three people in each. The bathrooms had no odor, and neither the bedrooms nor bedding had any mustiness. The six-foot bed’s mattress was comfortable, not too firm. Getting here is convenient, close to the main road, and there’s a 7-11 at the PTT station out front, with a Makro nearby for barbecue groceries. We were impressed, and my friends loved it. I’d recommend it for families or groups of friends looking to relax. The child in our group loved the water and never seemed to tire of playing in it.
