Even though my reservation was confirmed, the receptionist wouldn't let me check in. I honestly can't understand how that happened. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The price feels too high, and the front desk staff weren't friendly or helpful. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

For the price, the room was amazing. The location is handy too, within walking distance of Changwattana-Pakkred28 station, with a big shopping mall and Impact Exhibition Hall nearby.

It was ridiculous. I had a confirmed booking reference, but the receptionist still refused to let me check in.

The host replied to all my questions quickly, and the price was good for what I got. Public transport is close by and can take you into central Bangkok.
