The location is handy, with shops and ATMs close by. The front desk lady was very helpful whenever I needed anything, and everyone else was friendly too, from the cleaners to the chefs at the upstairs restaurant. Everything was great.

We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed our time here. The hotel residence is near everything you need, and the reception staff were friendly and spoke English well. The pool was good, and our kids had fun there and in the pingpong area. We had two clean bedrooms, 601 and 602. One smelled bad from outside, and its hot water didn't work, but the other room had no issues, so it didn't bother us. The hotel is far from a busy road and was pretty quiet, except for some inconsiderate noisy guests who shouted and slammed their doors hard.

The room was big, nice, and comfortable. The communal areas had lots of odd stuff, though, and maintenance was bad. It could use a bit of TLC.

The rooftop pool looks out over the city, and the airport is about 25 minutes away by taxi. Robinsons and Tops, the nearest large supermarket, are 2 km away. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite and everything worked perfectly. Check-in was smooth, the staff were attentive, and the breakfast buffet was amazing. They were accommodating about late checkout too. Everything about the hotel was great, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone staying nearby.
