The Backpacker Station

Nice place, and the room was clean. It’s close to 7/11 and Big C.

The owner is lovely and kind, and I felt safe and secure here, including as a solo female traveler. It’s convenient for business trips, right on a main road but without traffic noise. The Pink Line MRT and a bus stop are a short walk away, and there’s a 7-Eleven nearby for food at any hour. The room was clean and well equipped.

The room had everything I needed, far more than I expected. The fridge was full of free water, snacks, and iced tea, and there was even a little gift. The auntie who looked after the place was lovely and gave great service. The room and bathroom were clean, with soap and shampoo provided. Although it’s right beside a main road, traffic noise wasn’t a problem. There’s a 7/11 next door, and the entrance to BTS Liang Mueang Pak Kret station is a short walk away. Very convenient and good value for the price.

We stayed 13 nights, and the service was what I liked most. The owner is lovely, bought us snacks, and paid attention to guest details. The amenities were complete: cups, plates, cutlery, microwave, kettle, fridge, hair dryer, spare slippers, hair cap, comb, and new toothbrushes. The air conditioner was very cold, and the key card system was excellent. On arrival, we had trouble finding the entrance because it was narrow, but inside the dorm was spacious and clean. There’s a 7-Eleven right beside it. At this price, it’s excellent value in Bangkok, and I’d definitely stay again if I get the chance.
