The service was good throughout, and the security guard was especially friendly. It’s also convenient for the BTS, about a five-minute walk away. The area has narrow sidewalks and not many shops right next door, but there are local places to eat open late and a couple of 7-Elevens nearby. Room 202 was fairly quiet overall, though I heard various noises during the night, and the air conditioner was quite loud. The shower water was warm and easy to adjust, but at 188 cm tall I found the fixed shower head much too low. The mattress was firm in the traditional Thai style, and in room 202 I could feel the springs quite a bit. The linens also need replacing, with some holes and permanent stains. The hotel was relatively okay, but the rooms could use a surface update. With some investment, it could become a really pleasant higher-star hotel.

I was there for two nights and one night while attending two days of concerts at Impact, then had to catch a 1 am flight after the concert finished at 11. It was a great distance from both Impact and the airport, and I’d recommend it for a one or two night stay at a decent price. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the amenities were sufficient, with a clean set of towels. I brought my own toothbrush and toothpaste, so it wasn’t a problem that those weren’t provided. The receptionist was very nice, let me check in early and helped bring a package I’d ordered domestically up to my room. There are many 711 stores along the road and MRT/BTS nearby, though using a ride app would be better. I’d stay again if I go to another concert around Impact.

The staff were good and made it feel like home. The room is simple but comfortable. The bedding is just two pieces of cloth with a blanket, which looks cheap and doesn’t feel good. They could do much better with the bed. Everything else was nice.
