On a Bangkok trip with my family, we stayed here and it was the worst. The shower pipe leaked, and both the bathroom door and room door were broken. They hadn't even cleaned under the bed. Paying 1200 baht felt like a waste. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

The neighborhood is quiet and has plenty of places to eat and drink, but we'd choose somewhere else next time. Dust and hair were all over the shared hallways and stairwell, and the place felt neglected and dirty. Our room had no toilet tissue, though there was shampoo and shower gel, and the towels looked clean. With no shower curtain, water covered the whole bathroom floor. The air conditioning worked well. We like a firm mattress, but we could feel the springs and woke up with sore backs.

For 1.5k baht, the rooms weren't worth it. They were dirty, there was no WiFi or coffee, and across our three-day stay we got only two bottles of drinking water. No electric kettle, no cleaning service or daily service, and the shower water was always hot. There was no receptionist or bellhop either.
