The only real draw here is the low price. With the poor upkeep, street noise, and unreliable service, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, or a quiet stay. It may suit someone on a very tight budget with minimal expectations. The building is in the northern part of the city center, about a 20-minute walk from Terminal 21. Walking Street and the beach are much farther, around 4 kilometers on foot, so getting to major attractions is inconvenient without private transport. It has an American-style motel layout, but the facilities are aging and poorly maintained. The air conditioner in my room didn’t work at all. The showerhead was tiny and leaking, with very weak pressure, and the bed was too firm to be comfortable. Street traffic came through the poor soundproofing all night and seriously affected my sleep. During Songkran, the lobby was unattended and there was no staff on site. Guests had to contact the owner directly to check in. The key lockbox was small and outdated, with stiff, awkward controls. WiFi was slow and unstable throughout my stay. The refrigerator in the room was also loud, which made the sleeping environment worse. Rating: 2.0 / 5. I went to rent a room today. The female employee treated customers very poorly and her service was bad.

They kept our deposit, saying we had supposedly broken the television. We never even switched it on. We don’t understand Thai well enough to watch Thai TV, so the claim makes no sense. Avoid this hotel. They’re scammers, and I don’t want anyone else running into the same problem.

The breakfast is generous, the nights are quiet, and the place is clean. Staff are polite and the price is good. The noisy Thai karaoke from last year is gone, and it’s been taken down. Most things you might need are nearby: 7/11, Familimart, Pharmacies, Bangkok Hospital, Healtland Spa, Tesco, Big C, Terminal21, restaurants, and the beach. 👍
