2/10
The rooms and children’s facilities, including the water park, were great. But the service was incredibly poor. I asked for cutlery three times and spent nearly an hour following up on such a basic request. It was really frustrating, especially in the morning. Hotel staff should be trained to handle simple needs like this.

2/10
We paid for one room type and were given a completely different one. The staff made no effort to fix it or offer a solution, leaving us to sort things out ourselves. Their lack of empathy and care was clear. They acted as though the problem wasn’t their responsibility, and we felt ignored as guests. Very disappointing.

The kids had so much fun, and we had a great stay. It’d be nice if the breakfast buffet had a range of Halal options.

The hotel is good, but the charges are very high, and the staff won’t compromise.

10/10
Room service was the highlight. Every request was dealt with quickly and with a smile, and the staff were courteous, professional, and helpful. The room stayed spotless and well stocked, while meals arrived hot, fresh, and right on time. A flawless stay, definitely 10/10!
