The woman at the counter was very unfriendly. At night it was also noisy because a nearby bar had concerts about every other day until 2 or 3am. The room was always very hot, so I had to run the AC 24/7. Electricity cost 9 baht, 200% of the normal price. It’s a very bad place for a long stay.

Very bad. The daily rate was 900, but there was no water, towels, shower gel or any of the amenities. The water heater was cold, and the blanket had yellow stains. There was no reception. I called to report it and was told the room isn’t open daily. 😵💫😵💫

It’s good value for the price per night, which isn’t expensive. The accommodation is clean, with hot water in the bathroom, and it’s in North Pattaya near the mall. Unfortunately there’s no parking, so you have to leave the car in the alley next to it. Overall, good value for money.
