JP Villa Hotel

The Wi-Fi was absolutely horrible and practically unusable for most of the day. It’d also be nicer to relax in the lobby or restaurant if they had air conditioning instead of fans. The pool is nice and most rooms are good, though some have a rancid sewage smell coming from the bathroom. A few rooms have been newly renovated.

We were satisfied with what we got for the price. There’s a bar, a lounge, and a small pool that’s suited to children. The TV is pretty old, and the only real downside was the elevator repair work during our stay. I understand repairs have to happen, but the extremely noisy work started at 8:00 a.m. It would be better to schedule it around checkout time, or at least start a bit later.

A great budget option, with big, nice rooms and staff who are really helpful and friendly. We were only there for a couple of days, but would definitely stay again.

The hotel seems a bit neglected, like nobody cares for it anymore, although it was still clean. Rooms are very large and even have a sofa and a table for two, but the location is about 5 km from the city center. There are shops, a 7-Eleven, and a few food vendors along the way. I wouldn’t recommend staying here without a scooter or car.
