The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, and the staff are friendly. The hotel is well placed for getting around Pattaya, just a few steps from the Pattaya Baht Bus (tuktuk) route, which goes to most of the area's interesting places. A mini Big C convenience store is only 200 meters away for daily essentials, and you can stock the big fridge there. The Na Kluea sea food market, New Na Kluea market, and the Sanctuary of Truth Museum are all within a 15 minute walk. Terminal 21 is around 40 minutes away on foot. The Baht Bus route also passes Terminal 21, Central Festival, Central Marina, Big C, and Villa Market, which has excellent European food. Nightlife is accessible too. Along the route you'll find Beach Road's restaurants, side streets with bars and massage salons, and Walking street at the end of Beach Road. If you're planning a longer stay, I recommend discussing the terms with the hotel owners. I'm quite satisfied with my stay here.

I was impressed by the stay and would book here again if I come back to Pattaya. The owner was great to deal with, and the rooms were clean and reasonably priced. There are several room sizes to pick from.
