All the staff were polite and nice. The pet area is pleasant and convenient, but it’s quite far from the main hotel and the pavilion. Walking your dog to the beach is difficult because of the traffic and lack of a path.

We had a wonderful stay with our dog. The room was beautiful and very clean, and there’s a great pool and a nice dog park. The hotel really caters to pets, instead of merely allowing them to stay. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely make it our regular place.

We liked the low-rise buildings, greenery, and the separate pet-friendly section. Breakfast was enjoyable, though much of the food seemed cheap, especially the pastries. Our room was clean and adequate, with complimentary toiletries, but everything felt old and dated for the price. The internet was very slow, constantly buffering or taking ages to load a page, and needs improvement. It also seemed like many rooms were unoccupied. There’s a lively area nearby, with a food market just steps away, and we walked to the beach. Don’t expect much from the beach: it’s narrow, has no shells, and the seawater didn’t seem inviting enough for a swim.

We had a happy stay and felt it was worth the money. Dogs can stay without an extra charge, and I like that the staff understand dog behavior. Dogs can’t go to the pool or beach, but you can take a shuttle, and you’re still free to stay with your dog. Our room was great and large, with a bathtub. The mattress and pillows were standard, and the pool was clean and cute. Breakfast was simple: the Thai dishes were better than the Western ones, and I didn’t care for the bakery items.
