Kokotel Pattaya North Beach

The loud noise near the air conditioner kept waking me all night, roughly every 20-30 minutes, though I'm not completely sure of the interval. After driving from Bangkok earlier that day, I came back from my friend's wedding very late, exhausted and sleepy, hoping to get some rest. I barely slept and was startled awake again and again. I couldn't get help at the time. There was no phone in the room, and I later found out that no staff were on standby after midnight, so I had no way to report the noise or ask anyone to assist. That made an already frustrating night worse. There was also confusion about the room. I'd booked a single-bed room, but staff insisted the reservation was for a twin-bed room and said single-bed rooms were fully booked. I was in a hurry and flustered, and couldn't find the bed details in the app right away. Since it was already evening and I needed to check in and get ready for the wedding, I accepted the twin-bed room they offered. After checking in, I quickly got dressed and left. Later, when I had time to check the booking properly, I confirmed I'd reserved a single-bed room. Between the wrong room type, the noise, and the lack of staff support, the stay was very disappointing and far from restful.

The place turned out to be just right: calm, clean, comfortable, and with great service. I’d never heard of the company, and at first I thought it was a little far from the center. I’d had my original Pattaya stay canceled, so I was searching online for somewhere decent just two days before the trip. When the hot water stopped, I told the housekeeper and it was sorted out quickly. I’d recommend staying here.

The hotel feels almost brand new, and the price was good for what you get. Our room was clean, breakfast tasted great, and the staff were really kind and sweet. There are also a few nice restaurants, massage places, and even a spa nearby.

There’s plenty of space in the room, and the location works well, not far from Terminal 21 or Pattaya beach. Cleanliness was acceptable, though water flooded the toilet area when we showered because the floor slopes unevenly. Breakfast wasn’t worth paying extra for.
