The staff were polite and helpful throughout, probably the only good part of the stay. When I found a lizard in my room, I felt uncomfortable and worried about hygiene and safety. Reception moved me to another room, which I appreciated. The bathroom was another problem. It had almost no ventilation, and the door wouldn’t close all the way, so smells went straight into the bedroom. The hotel is also far from the city, and taxi costs add up quickly whenever you need to go anywhere. I honestly don’t understand why LHC Hotel and Resort calls itself a five-star hotel. It may be a budget option, but the experience was far below that standard. Very disappointing.

We had a lovely two-night stay at LHC Hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, and we enjoyed the small swimming pool. Service was very friendly, and breakfast was generous and delicious. Thanks so much, we’ll definitely stay at LHC Hotel again next time we’re in Pattaya.

The rooftop pool has good views, and the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Staff gave us early check-in and a free upgrade to an ocean-view room, and the service was excellent. It’s near the sanctuary of truth, though other tourist spots are 20-30 minutes away, so plan accordingly. I loved our stay. The vegetarian breakfast choices are limited but tasty, and the dishes aren’t labeled, so as a vegetarian I had to ask about each one. There’s also a very friendly, cute pet cat.

The location is a little off the main road, but there’s plenty of parking. Breakfast is a buffet with lots of variety, good-quality ingredients, and tasty food. The room was lovely, clean, and packed with useful things: TV, kettle, coffee, fridge, hot water system, hairdryer, shampoo, soap, toothbrush, shower cap, cotton buds, and lots of power outlets. You really only need to bring your clothes.

The hotel is clean and nice, and it’s close to the sanctuary of thruth. The reception staff, especially the men, were unfriendly, never smiled, and didn’t give much information. Their English also wasn’t good for hotel employees in a tourist area. It may be worth replacing the receptionists with friendlier, more helpful people so guests would want to recommend the hotel.
