The hotel is in a good location, with nice views, and it still looks nice. But it feels like it may have been a five-star place in the 90s or early 2000s, and now it needs renovation. The rooms have dated decor and architecture, old toilets with loose handles, no air conditioning in the bathroom, and no outlets beside the beds. There’s often a huge queue for the elevators, unlike anything I’ve seen at another hotel. They only take a cash deposit for room bookings, which is odd, and don’t accept American Express for direct bookings. The cleaning staff are also very loud in the hallways, shouting.

The location is very scenic, and the rooms have a retro look. The hotel seems more geared toward Russian guests. Service was manageable, but the language barrier made things hard to explain, so we had to use G-translator.

We had a great two-day stay. The resort has private beach access, and our room was large, with a bathtub, balcony, and lovely views. The pool is huge and fun, with a separate pool for kids.

The sea-view room is worth choosing, and the pool facing the sea is great. The rooms are spacious, and the property was clean and tidy, with its own private beach. But staff don’t understand English. My son wasn’t well, and they still wouldn’t give us a room even one hour before check-in. You need to hire a cab to get anywhere because it’s far from the tourist spots. And if you’re vegetarian, no, no, no.
