Quiet and nice spot, with the sea, restaurants, massage places and groceries not too far away. They clean every day and replace the water and coffee too. Definitely recommend 😊

We booked at the last minute, but the owner and staff were really helpful and welcoming. Our room was spacious and tidy, and the price was affordable. It came with standard things like towels, soap, shampoo, a shower cap, microwave, kettle and more. The beach is only a 100m walk away, and the main road isn't too far. Parking was convenient, the place was wheelchair friendly, and there was a lovely swimming pool. A convenience store is nearby too. Highly recommended!

I've stayed here three times, and the price seems really cheap for such a spacious room with a kitchen and a lovely city view from the balcony 😻. The room gets cleaned every day, and the hotel is near the beach, laundry, convenience store, restaurants and coffee shops. The staff are always very nice and helpful. Bam, the hotel owner, was especially friendly and showed me places I needed to find. Bam also helped my friend sort out a problem with a motorbike driving license 🥰.

My husband and I were sheltering from the scorching sun on the hotel veranda while waiting for a taxi. It should only have taken 2-3 minutes, but an employee told us to leave. With people that heartless working here, I strongly don't recommend staying.

I've been coming to this hotel for 10 years. For me, it's the best one in Pattaya. Martin, Czech Republic.
